Shipping policy

This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions.
Where we ship from
All orders are packed and sent from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the countries in the rate table below. If your country is not listed, contact us at support@purenordichealth.com and we will check what is possible.
When your order is sent
Orders are normally packed and sent within one to two working days. Orders placed at weekends or on Dutch public holidays are handled on the next working day. You get an email with a tracking link when your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery times
Delivery within the EU usually takes a few working days after your parcel is sent. Islands, remote areas and countries outside the EU take longer, and customs clearance can add time. Your tracking link shows the expected delivery date.
We deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest. If a parcel is delayed beyond that, you can cancel for a full refund.
Delivery costs
The cost depends on the destination and the weight of your order. It is shown in your cart before you pay. Orders of €150 or more ship free to every country we deliver to:

Carrier
We ship with GLS and its local partners. A signature may be required on delivery.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries inside the EU there are no customs charges, and our prices include VAT.
For deliveries to Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, the Canary Islands and other places outside the EU customs or VAT area, the price you pay at checkout does not include your country’s import VAT or duties. These, and any carrier handling fee, are charged when the parcel arrives. They are set by your local authorities and paid by the recipient.
For these deliveries you are the importer of the goods and are responsible for your country’s import rules. If customs refuses a parcel, we refund the products once they are back with us, but not the delivery cost.
If something goes wrong
Parcel not arrived: if your tracking has not moved for five working days, email us. We will trace the parcel and send a replacement or refund you.
Parcel damaged: email us a photo with your order number, if possible within a few days of delivery. We replace or refund damaged items, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Parcel returned to us: if a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we contact you. We can send it again for the delivery cost, or refund the products.
Please check your address before you order. Once a parcel has left the warehouse we cannot change the address.
Returns
If you want to send an order back, see our Refund Policy.
